Beautifully nestled in the serene surroundings of
the Texas Hill Country close to Austin and San Antonio you will find this unique
family owned Vineyard.
Founded in 1992,
Spicewood Vineyards, produces the finest award winning wines. Wines that are
known for their timeless appeal and unique flavor of the Texas Hill Country.
Spicewood Vineyards labels feature the seasonal
changes in the spice bush, the plant for which the Spicewood community was
named. Spice bushes still grow along the creeks near the vineyard. The labels
connect pioneer history with the Texas Hill Country land that now produces these
fine wines.
Wines from Spicewood Vineyards are available not
only at the vineyard but also in Texas stores and restaurants. The winery
features a large indoor tasting room and outdoor pavilion. The large underground
barrel room can accommodate 400 barrels.
The winery is open for tours and tasting
Wednesday through Sunday. In addition the winery also offers facilities for
special events such as weddings, receptions and meetings.

Wednesday through Saturday 10 to 5
Sunday 12 to 5
Monday and Tuesday by appointment only.
