On April 4-6 and 11-13 the Texas Hill Country Wine and Wildflower Trail will be taking place. Follow the "Wine & Wildflower Trail" through the Texas Wine Country in its finest hour. Enjoy the spectacular vistas along with the wines born among the bluebonnets, don't forget your camera, maybe a picnic basket and a few friends. Linger on patios overlooking vineyards while enjoying a picnic with a glass of wine and take in the scenery of vineyards and flowers. Spring in the Texas Hill Country makes one glad to be alive. There is no charge for this trail event and no tickets are required. All the trails are self-guided driving tours to be enjoyed at leisure. Come and bring the masses preparing to experience ALL that accompanies fine wine in the Texas Hill Country.

 

Spicewood Vineyards will be hosting a Hill Country Wine and Food Festival Savor the Hil Country luncheon on Thursday April 10th from noon to 2pm. The luncheon will include wines from Spicewood Vineyards, Texas Hills Vineyards, Brennan Vineyards, and Alamosa Winery. These fine wines will be paired with savory dishes from The Falls Bistro, Moonshine, The Cotton Gin, and The Silver K Cafe. We would like to remind you to join us at Spicewood Vineyards as we celebrate the release of our 2007 Cabernet Claret and our 2007 Chardonnay on Saturday, April 5 We will be having a good old- fashioned pig roast! We will be selling tickets providing the holder with dinner, two glasses of wine of their choice, and a sampling of our brand new Cabernet Claret, and Chardonnay. Live music, great atmosphere, hill country views, and beautiful springtime weather provided at no extra charge! Cabernet Claret and Chardonnay tastings will begin at 5:30 and dinner will be available starting at 6:30. The tasting room will have extended hours providing guests with an opportunity to taste and purchase our entire selection of wines. Tickets are just 20.00 each or $35.00 per couple in advance.
