We currently ship within the state of Texas only. We apologize for any inconvenience.
PER TABC Regulations, our purchase and Shipping Policy is as follows.
We can only ship nine gallons (3.8 cases) to a single purchaser within a calendar month OR 36 gallons (15.5 cases) within a 12-month period.
This means that we can only sell a person, X bottles of wine a month. However, 2 separate orders with different names shipped to the same address is acceptable.
If you have over ordered or ordered an amount in the past that puts you over the Texas regulated limit, we reserve the right to cancel your order and contact you with our reasons.
Delivery
We can only deliver to
- The purchaser of the wine
- A person designated by the purchaser
- A person at the delivery address that is over 21 years of age.
The receiver of any packages must sign a receipt acknowledging delivery of the package.
